Antec Earthwatts 500w PSU $60
Newegg.com - Antec earthwatts EA500 500W ATX12V v2.0 Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CUL, FCC, TUV, CE, CB, C-tick, CCC - Power Supplies

EVGA 8800GT $160 with rebate. EVGA is said to have superb customer support. They also have lifetime warranty on their product, and they have that great 90-day trade in program. I am not sure however about how EVGA warranty covers OCing and modification done to the card.
Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P3-N801-AR GeForce 8800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Only $5 over budget. Not bad.

I would recommend a minimum wattage of 500(no less) for a new psu. Go with a reputable brand such as ocz, antec or seasonic(they are costly, though). A psu is one area NOT to go on the cheap.
Nice nice. And yeah, I'm running my 8600 GT on a 250 Watt psu, when minimum is supposed to be 400W I think...

But I'm not 100% sure it really IS 250W..

Ooh. Looks good, and for only $5 over, it should be awesome,. It will be a few weeks before I get the money, so (hopefully) either prices will go down some, or there will be awesome rebates. Thanks guys.

Prices will without a doubt go down by then. Within the next few weeks, both ATI and NVIDIA will release their next generation cards (all priced $250+). NVIDIA will most likely try to continue to compete competitively through lowering the prices of their last-gen cards.

Woohoo!

Looks like I chose a good time to upgrade then eh?
I wonder how much of a drop they'll see. Hopefully something substantial and not like $5.

Most 8800GT's have big coolers now, mine has an intense Zalman.
