Album pictures not showing up in iTunes

Ok, I recently bought an iPod Touch and I told iTunes to download the album art if it didn't have it and for every one of my CDs it found nothing. I know they have pictures and it's not like I have some obscure albums (One of them is Rammstein - Reise, Reise). Is there anything I can do to get them? It makes my screen look stupid with just a big music note there instead of the album covers.

I use this program to add album art to my music folders...it then shows up when I import to my mp3 player.

It's kinda confusing at first but once I figured it out it did the same thing. It said it found pictures for each of my artists but it didn't save any of them because there were errors. Wtf is wrong with iTunes, why the hell wouldn't it do this from them? FFS, it's not so hard! I just don't understand why something so damn simple doesn't work! It makes my iPod look like shit!
