Default help me pls

ok i started up my computer today and when it came on it was way to big so i went to properties and resized it but not i cant find the start thingy bar at the bottome can u help me? and my task manager is disabled how to i enable it

I don't know exactly what you mean by everything being "big"...I can only guess at your screen resolution being set differently. You should be able to change this by going to the Display Properties, either by right-clicking the Desktop and select Properties then move the bar to change your resolution, or enter Display Properties via the Control Panel.

As for Task Manager, see here...

Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator

On that page, take note of the very first paragraph (as well as the rest, of course)...

I strongly suggest that you perform a thorough checkup of your system immediately. Steps listed in the Resolution section of this article helps you unblock the Task Manager, but that does not remove the Virus (if any) from your system.
