Some versions of Direct CD dont like running in Win2k .... this might have been your problem .... get the latest version download. I upgraded from Win98 to win2k with Direct CD installed. Once Win2k was installed and the PC re-booted i got the "blue screen of death"... This was because Direct CD was trying to load.
