Voodoo3 3000 TV-out problems in Win2k

I have problems with my Voodoo3 3000 in win2k. I don't get the TV-out to work. I have installed the drivers (I have tried with all kinds of versions) and 3dfx tools but i don't get the "3dfx TV" tab in Display propeties/settings/advanced. I can't choose any "3dfx Tweaks", "3dfx info" or "3dfx TV" in control panel/3dfx tools.

Anyone here got TV-out to work in Win2k???
