Does anyone know of a good DDS editor?
 

I really don't want to buy equipment that's hundreds of dollars just for simple skinning. All the files for Command & Conquer are in DDS format and I need a good program to edit them with so I can finish a mod. Any suggestions welcome. :eek:

(Don't want to buy Photoshop or etc.)

Looks like there are various types of files with DDS extension. ( see filext.com )
