Default Overclocking Kingston ddr266

I picked up two of these at radioshack....
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835116002
cost me 8 bucks a piece with tax because of my discount. (9.99 retail)

What I want to do is overclock my DDR266 (which runs in dual channel) Kingston RAM, I have zero experience overclocking RAM, and barely any in cpu overclocking. I know how to overclock a processor, but don't feel safe doing this myself. My room stays cool, 69-71'F, and my case is well ventilated. Does anyone have any idea what I could overclock my ram to safely? Where should I start?
