I recently got me a Vision M, and it's great.
The display is clear with good colors, and theres no problem watching movies or photos with it.
The sound is very good, and it comes with an EQ so that you can customize it yourself.
The radio is also good, it's easy to find stations either manually or by auto search, and it has 30(?) presets.
It's also nice that it plays most video formats around, and if it is not compatible it comes with software to convert it
Just remember that it's pretty heavy compared flash players, and a bit thicker then other similar players.
I would recommend it to anyone, but IMO it's always best to try it out in a store before you buy it.
yep, if u must not have an apple ipod (which atm simply is the best) then the creative vision m is the next best bet. Its got pretty good reviews and the creative media source software is pretty good.
Or if you'd prefer a more dedicated movie player (i.e. bigger screen, more formats) then you might be better off something from the Archos range (google it)
Or of course you could just get a psp and kill 3 birds with one stone. Although you'd be limited to using 2gb mem sticks (which are cheap on ebay) or one of the mini HDD with mem stick adapter.

Hope that some help, good luck

What makes the Ipod better? It can't play as many video formats, and it's got shorter battery time. The only things i can think of is that it's slightly smaller and have a bit more accessories.
you should get an Icrap dude...latest fashion. the dookie it holds is huge
probaly around 50 lbs...thats alot when you consider how much the ipod holds.
There's gonna be 8gb sticks for the psp out soon if not now. One thing I don't like about iPods is that everyone thinks all mp3 players are iPods. The only people who don't call my mp3 an iPod are the ones that have iPods. Mine is a Creative Zen Nano which really doesn't look like an iPod.

Well ye thats y i like it really, its good money to gig ratio, nice clear screen, superb playback quality, never crashed/frozen or generally let me down (like my Zen touch did often) and personally i prefer the itunes software to all other media library programs (eps WMP 10 'shudders')
Oh and also it looks dam nice (smooth, slick and thin), is so easy to use and goes nicely with my laptop, jbl speakers and ipod dock set up
But yes the battery life can get annoyin sumtimes, but then it just means i remeber to charge it b4 i need it.
I llooked at a few and settled on a PSP which i never set out to get, but its been very good. Nice big screen, easy to shrink movies and even on a 2gb stick you can put 6 or 7 films on. You never are going to need more then a few films anyway so the rest of the space isnt needed, and music fits on by the bucketload.
