What Other Cards Is The Creative Labs Voodoo2 Card Compatible with?

Hello,

I was just wondering what other cards were compatible with my Creative Labs 12 meg V2 for SLI modes?..3dfx told me that I can't use their v2-1000 because my Creative Labs card has 100mhz memory(something like that)..and it had 66mhz memory...Also, someone told me that I can't use the Monster 3d becuase of the same 100mhz story..

Thanks for your time,

Afro

That's rubbish. The V2 1000 is a reference design 12 Mb V2. You can SLI it with any reference design V2 (Creative, Diamond, STB, Metabyte, etc).

3Dfx doesn't want you to mix brands and standard V2 drivers don't allow it. The work around is you have to hack the drivers. It's simple. Go here: http://members.tripod.com/~devnull_/
