srry guys i understand everything what you are saying but i was a little bit worried..

So maybe a new case, because more room and then you can add more stuff...

But can i not change my graphic cooler and my processor cooler? or must i have then a bigger and newer case?

Right now just monitor the temps. Download speedfan and make sure the CPU stays below 60C and the GPU stay belw 80C.

Well, it doesn't matter how many programs you have on it as it doesn't effect your hard disk anyhow. In fact, I was in exactly your same issue dude, I migrated from my old HP Pavillion to a new case because of the same issues you discussed, read this link...

But guys leave it, i went to a pc shop, and they already explained it..
It appeared that indeed like i said that my cooler of the 6200 se was on it but wasnt good enough for mine new 7600 gs. So a new cooler is added and now its very chill in it. yesterday it was in good sake 115 C!!! in my gpu..

theres a fan that blows 220cfm @ 65db @25watts 120mm

ive bought and placed a vga cooler vf700-cu cooler of zalman for my nvidia 7600 gs.
