Okay, I have two hard drives, one XP, one 98. I want to know how to be able to select which OS to use at start-up. Is there some BIOS settting, or what?

here is the MS article on how to do it , make sure to read all of it
you could edit your boot.ini, check whats already there, and model a second entry after the first, just changing the drive number, then change the timeout value
