by psu you mean power source unit? tc3j-1048 okia-450 watt 80mm fan power supply will be using old case made by e-computers.

Make sure that case is ATX compatible.... I got a dead Dell case from my uncle, both it and the motherboard was proprietary (had a special plug for the power button). Although I was able to take the P4 and replace my old Celeron....
