Default Windows Registry Cleaning?

Because the registry normally gets clogged up after a while... and i dont have the time to individually remove redundant entries... what should i use to 'clean' the windows registry?

Yeah you can use...oh dammit Carl! Yeah ccleaner is really good, and they update it frequently.

If con is the opposite of pro, then isn't Congress the opposite of progress? Or did I just blow your mind?
