IMO it's just a cheap hack to line up 4 identical GPUs and call it something new. A new card altogether, that'd be cool. Gimme a 1 or 2 gig card, now that's cool.

One.,.. its dell. That discredits it for me right there. You want a good gaming machine the only way to do it is Pieve it together yourself


two.... I agree, 4 graphics cards is pushing the envelope. I too would like to simply see a better card come out...one with more memory.

Three....I used to work for dell, as a technician, they dont think about things like COOLING, very much. Their idea of a cooling system is one fan stuck in the case with a hood that extends over the heat sink, which has no fan mounted to it.... and thus that is supposed to cool the system? Give me a break. The case is nice though...but I think you run the risk of 300+ x 4 burning up from not enough air flow....and even in a normal case....I would be concerned about airflow with Four graphics cards.

I notice a difference between 60 and - 100 FPS. There is a smoothness to the game play when getting 80+ FPS that is beautiful.

i read about that in a mag the other month they said it pointless to have that many gpu's for gaming as it wouldnt really boost performance seeing as games are only just surporting dual gpu's, but its good if you want 8 monitors.

Damn, and I thought my Sapphire X800 was awesome this is a bit too over the top for me. Jeez, 4 graphic cards. I don't think any games need more than 1 or 2.

Do you lag on even a single game with max graphics? If yes, you need to optimize since your 7800 shouldn't. You see, even a single 6600 is "good". A 6800 is "very good", a 7800 is "overkill" and 4 7800 is "ridiculous"

I don't get lag at all... only on BF2 when it first starts off, but that is mainly due to my onboard sound and bad Ram.

Don't call me a spoiled kid. Do you know how long it took me to save up for this computer and card? Obviously you don't, otherwise you wouldn't be making ignorant comments like that.

I wasn't specifically talking about you, but anyways its good enough that you saved your money for your own computer so you certainly deserve it. I've seen too many teens receiving high end cards/computers from dad and still being dissatisfied, thats why I said that

Yeah i know what you mean..

I am not dissatisfied with my PC at all...It's awesome and I am glad i am privliged enough to have such a great PC. I was just commenting on how awesome those 4 GPU's are...I would never buy it myself, i beleive it is overkill. But you have to admit, it is nice.
