Default VodafoneUK

Any one have the customer support email address for VodafoneUK?

Or any email address of there's?

Its the second time this month Ive tried to contact them through their pissy web email form and both times I received the same message:

"Unfortunately, your request cannot be processed.

We are unable to fulfill your request due to a temporary problem at our end. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. We hope to resolve this problem very soon, so please try again later."

This is the problem I need them to fix:

I can't register or re-register because I have forgotten my password and my number is already registered, if I could register then i could solve this problem myself.
I have obviously tried through the internet to get the content control lifted, no avail. I went to a vodafone shop, they fiddled around on there computer for a bit and said "that's it, its done" I then received a text message from 80890010 "You are in control. Your phone has full access to the internet blah blah blah". When I connect my phone to my computer via the data cable I can connect to the internet alright, but when I go to a particular web site it says "RESTRICTED ACCESS. You are not able to access this service because Vodafone Content Control is in place."
What gives? The man and the text message said it has been removed. Can I have this "RESTRICTED ACCESS" removed please. Thank you.

If anyone has their email or know the solution to this prob, It will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks...

Default Re: VodafoneUK

Don't e-mail them. Their generally pretty useless.

On the website, they give you two numbers and I have NO idea what the difference is:

Quote:
If you have any urgent queries about your Vodafone mobile, please call our Helpline by dialling 191 from your mobile phone * or if calling from another phone:

Pay monthly: 08700 700 191 **. (Whilst abroad: 00 44 8700 700 191**)

Pay as you talk: 08700 77 66 55 ** (Whilst abroad: 00 44 7836 19 19 19**)
Pick one, ring it.

Don't use the automated service. Keep pressing either *, # or 0 and eventually you'll get put through to a person.

Ask them.
