Default Motherboard problem

i got chaintech 7nif2 mobo cpu fan speed 5500 rpm sounds like tornado in my room.need to slow it down help? also cant get advance bios to work just beeps wont boot.i had to default bios.tried again same problem had to default bios again.what up with this mobo

If you slow it down then it'll overheat your computer and it's a firerisk. Don't do it.

The fan shouldn't be making too much noise if you've not fucked around with it, either way, if its making a loud buzzing noise, its possible one of your fan blades have been torn off or cracked. You can get a new one for like £5 ($10).

And as for your second question, I couldn't honesly read what you'd tried to type / ask. Can you re-word it more carefully?

Its very likely that the motor of the fan is damaged. I wouldn't know how. Just change the fan. Everything would be alright. Don't mes with your BIOS. I strongly feel that the motor is damaged, get a new fan.

Mine costed 75/- which is about $2.

Just buy a new or preferably better fan and replace that old one.
