I was talking about this in another thread. I turn my PC on and it says "No Video Input", but what i noticed is the Harddisk doesn't make any noise, nor do my USB devices switch on (for example, i have a Logitech Steering Wheel, when it turns on it usually calibrates and goes side to side, it doesn't happen). So i switch off, and then switch back on and it's all fine, i hear Harddisk activity and my Wheel turns on and calibrates.
This is very strange, it's like everything turns on, but nothing happens.....
Little advice guys? Cheers.

So are you saying that this problem happens half the time you try to boot your PC? It's a bit confusing of a post.
The symptoms your desribing makes me think that for whatever reason your power supply isn't comming on properly, since it dosen't seem to send power to some parts of your computer.
But you can turn it on again, and everything is fine?
