So, there is indeed a converter cable then. Does it have a specific name, so I'm not just flailing my browser around in the dark?

Uhhh... 3-to-4-pin case fan adapter? Say that around anyone who has a lick of knowledge about working on a computer and they'll know what you're talking about.

lol, figured it was that simple. Actually, as a matter of fact, I think I have one left over that I never removed from the molex connectors that was used for my old 5600. Hmm... lemme tinker around and see. I'll update you shortly. Just stick my head in the side of my PC, one sec...

Edit: Just occured to me I need a 3 pin with... PINS for that to work. The CPU 3 pin is the female one, so is the video card one... DUH

EDIT AGAIN: This the right one? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835999104

Fortunately for Flakpanzer, a stock heatsink won't accept either Tornado (there's a 92mm version that moves 120CFM). If you want to blow out your eardrums, there's always the option of a Thermalright XP-120 and a Delta TFB1212UHE, which pushes 234CFM at a mere 67.5dBA.

:bows: What is your bidding, my master? :bows:

I'll have to look into that fan. hehe.

Yeah, that's the right one (or at least one that will work).
