Default How do I zoom out the page ?

I come on Safari the webpages seem more zoomed in why is this ? some of them are ok but how do I get it back to normal ?

The zoom button is probably located somewhere under options. I take it you use a Mac, so crtl+mousewheel won't work..

I managed to get it back to normal with the apple plus and minus keys as time goes I won 't have to ask for help anymore.
