Default Win XP x64 and Games

I think I figured it out, and was wondering if any of u could correct me right or wrong on this. I have tried a few games on 64bit, and have concluded that any old Direct X game will work, but OpenGL games don't. If I am wrong on this, can anyone tell me where I can update my Display driver to be compatible with OpenGL on 64-bit? Thx
