Alright, thanks guys. Found an eVGA 6600GT that fits the bill.

Intel Core2Duo E6750, Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R, 2x 1GB Crucial Ballistix DDR2/800 PC6400, eVGA 9800GTX+, OCZGameXstream 700W, Audigy 2ZS

Gaming Edition, actually, but you're almost right. Basically a GE is a half breed of a lower end card (like a 6600/6800) and a higher end card (6600GT/6800GT).

That is confusing. Wouldnt that make it higher than a 6600 gt if is in between a 6600 and a 6800. Or am i just babbling?

Depends on what series of the GE you get. If you get the 6800GE, then yes, it will outperform the 6600GE at standard settings. The 6600GE could beat a 6600GT, but you would have to raise the clock speed. The Galaxy 6600GE is very good for overclocking.
