Ok the 160GB of ram you must mean HD. Well for one your graphics card sucks big time. For 2 your processor is crap. For 3 only 504MB of ram is very small.
I'm taking a wild guess here and saying you got your computer from Gateway..... I feel sorry for you. Only thing you can do if you don't want to get another comp is get a better video card and hope you can get good FPS out of it with your processor.
well, first...see what type of slots ( AGP, PCI, PCI-E) you motherboard has, and go from there with the video card, make sure your PSU can handle the video card
for RAM, do you know what kind it is....im gonna assume DDR400
