Running Two Firewalls at the Same Time

Hey guys, I've used Norton Personal Firewall for quite sometime, and I'm very happy with it. But I would like to install the free Firewall that is made by AVG, or the one that is made by ZoneAlarm.

However I've heard that running two firewalls at the same time can create conflicts between the two. I want to know if that's true, and if I can safely install another firewall.

Thanks

It is true, they conflict as there two programs trying to do the same thing. Its also increadably pointless and a complete waste of resources. Why install a seccond firewall?

I agree with FileTrekker, installing a second software firewall is pointless.

2 software firewalls would do you no good. A Hardware firewall would work as a supplement though.

I'm curious as to why you'd even consider it if you're happy with what you already have?
