does anyone know where to get a GOOD FREE forum for your clan site?

One of the more popular free forums is InvisionFree.

The best forums use vB, but that costs upwards of eighty dollars a year/or $160 lifetime. Not for the average user obviously...

He probably doesn't know how. You need knowledge of atleast two programming languages.... HTML and PHP?

Yeah, plus Javascript for a nice-looking site.

You can get free hosted forums from InvisionFree, but if you have hosting yourself then you can use phpBB, which is open soure I think.
