I really need help with locating it. Its a pretty old MOBO, its an Intel AG430HX, any help at all is greatly appreciated. Thank You.

You could try to find something like "onboard video" or "integrated video"/graphics, if there isn't anything like that try to find anything that has to do with video or display or graphics and post it here, perhaps someone can help you find which of those it is.
You should not update your BIOS unless you need it. Except for new boards, if the Flash process fails you could screw your motherboard permanantly, with no way of fixing it. It's pretty risky, and should only be attempted if you actually need it.
Is your computer a pre-built one? Many manufacturers purpousfully limit the features of the BIOS to prevent people overclocking. They wish to force people to buy a faster processor instead. If that is the case, then yes, the only way would be to flash your BIOS, but unless you really need to then don't.

But it's kind of the only way if indeed the option is not there.
