Strange Folders Just Appearing!?!

I have lots of music on my pc, some of it is on my desktop, and the rest is in my music. but when i get it, files called "album_art" or something like that appear. i dont know how to stop it appearing in my music, and on my desktop, theres also a file called "thumbs" i dont know how to stop this, could someone help me, it gets irritating having to delete them when i put music on my PC.

most of the music programs have a default folder were music is saved, if you delete the folder, the music player just remakes it, even if it doesnt have anything to put in it


You have to go into the player (s) that you use and change the default folder to something else.

Also this happens with P2P programs, all stuff downloaded is by default going to appear in the folder. When you delete the folder, and run the programs, it makes the new folder

i use limewire pro to get my music, and i use WMP 10 to play it. i put the music on my desktop or my music, and it comes up with files called albumart, which are the album covers of the music. you know when you cut a file? it goes pale? the files are like that all the time.

Limewire is a peer-to-peer filesharing program, and therefore is not to be discussed on here. Such programs to tend to cause your PC to fill up with spyware and other junk, and all I can advise is that you uninstall it and obtain your music legitimately. I'm sorry, but you cannot be helped here.
