its prob your router, also check and see if windows firewall is configured right,

hmm, some firewalls dont turn off even if you exit through there system tray

i already had windows firewall disabled, and the routers always been fine, i DID however have 5 trojans when i scanned, but none the less, its sad

ill call cox today

reinstalling didnt work
and i plugged myself directly into the modem

still didnt work, so its probably not the router, i dont know, its just pissing me off, ill probably reformat this weekend, see if that doesn anything
