Did some searching and not sure you can, or if you'd even want to.

The PS2 USB sockets don't work like that, unfortunatly, they only work with specially designed components for the PS2. You cannot really use a laptop as a monitor for anything external anyway, due to the nature of how a laptop is built. They don't have a real input port for an external source, and a USB cable can't carry a video signal for a monitor. Anyway, that would either require a lot of seperate cable types, or a big bulky converter to do this. If you want to play your PS2 on the move, you can purchase a screen which attaches on to it, and even a converter for the lighter socket in your car, if needs be.

Maybe someone here has done it and they can tell you if it's worth it.

You can buy small boxes that allow a certain input and give a certain output, but as far as I know they are for using TVs as computer moniters. I don't know if you can do it the other way round.

The thing about laptops is that most don't have a port to allow an external connection - the video from the motherboard is sent to the screen internally - no external wires. This may cause a problem for external connections.

You may be able to connect something through USB but finding the correct components and software to allow this will be impossible as far as I know. You could try making your own

The USB slots in a PS2 can be used to save certain things onto Datasticks for example on GT4 you can take pics and save them see:-
