Default Windows cannot find file!

I downloaded Omaha Charlie sector in a few seconds and I have DL manager and the icon had 3 colored type circles in on a white sheet of paper and I clicked on the Omaha Charlie sector DL and it says windows cannot find this file, in order for windows to open this file it needs to know what program created it. Then it says search for it which is unreliable or select a program from a list. WHAT DO I DO!

Wait, you have finished downloading it? Have you put it in the correct folder? It sounds like you were trying to open it up, well, you have to decompress it with a program like WinRAR. If that isn't the problem please clarify. :uhm.

lol...typical post. Lond, rambling sentences followed by capitalization.
"WHAT DO I DO!"

Anyway, I think that file's generally being distributed as a RAR. You should download a program called WinRAR to decompress it. It'll act just like WinZIP.

(No. I won't parse. Never.)
