Someone claimed to have 2 x 250gb hdds here, but I doubt it. 200gb is the largest hdd available with IDE / ata interface. I just heard about some company releasing a new 260gb, but that wont be for a few months..

Anyways, I have 3 hdds in my machine now, 2x120 GB, and 1 200gb. I need all the space for videoediting, music, games & work.
Have about 10gb free as of now..
I was to busy with networking virus protection and planetside to but that beast under a stress test program but i'll give it a try this weekend.

as for the 4gb of ram, winXP can handle 5gb of ram, and new mac's can handle 8gb (and it's worth it, because your processor can handle only as much as the ram can handle)

my laptop - $2250
3.2gHz p4
1gb ddr ram
120gb 7200rpm seagate HD
128mb nvidia card

my PC -
2 - 2.8gHz oc'ed watercooled processors
2gb of ddr ram + 3gb of virtual ram on a dedicated high rpm/low storage hd
256mb nvidia card
2x120 gb 7200rpm HDs

comps are important to me and i make them last for a long time...i have an 8-year old computer that still works (Pentium-S 166mHz, 32mb ram, 2mb video card)
