actually, dual processors can be used for games and stuff from my understanding. one can be used on background processes, while the other can be used for the current game or program.

dual processors are really for servers only, not point in getting 2 when you can overclock 1 or get rdram
not true, dual processers allow for better system speed and operation at a much lower stress on your PC than a single processer would, and make your system much more effecient, with my dual processers i can run things like games and graphics programs much faster than on the new PCs with the 3.4ghz HT P4's
plus since both processers are activly running at the same time, you can pretty much double the speed of a single processer when they start to have to work at doing something. so no, Dual processers are not just for servers.
