Well, here's the list I used in that battle report against Orks, a lot of people are saying to try and keep the Rippers, but give them Leaping for speed. Anyways, here's the list as it was for critiques:

Looks pretty solid. The only weakness i can maybe see is that you lack much long-ranged firepower. But then, i gather you have a CC force, so its not too much of an issue. Although you might have problems with armies that can beat you in CC(such as orks...).

That's the beauty of the termies =), I think it works quite well, then again it is my army, the devastator squad is like the key part, with the dreadnought slamming straight into any infantry and the commander hunting down weaker infantry sqauds and get the tactical sqauds on the move to get in rapid fire.

So far it hasn't lost (2 games though )

EDIT: furious charge on termies is useful for the strength bonus...
Also i could consider rather than having termies have another devastator squad and have 1 dev sqaud with 3 missle launchers and the other with 2 h bolters and 1 plasma cannon.

To me, only a Devastator squad with 4 Missile Launchers or 4 Heavy Bolters is kick ass enough for it's points. So I definately recommend replacing the Termies with another Missile Launcher/ Heavy Bolter devastator squad. Truly, in low points matches, those squads are awesome.

Also, I would like to know how you guys would predict a battle between M_B and I would turn out, here are the lists (I'll re-write his and my list for reference and clarity.) I just noticed that RANDY is illegal, you can't give him 3 weapons, M_B, so I removed that Combi-Bolter. (Guessing that's 5 points over now!) Also, I'll write the stat changes of my guys with their biomorphs for further clarity as well:

Decided to beef up my army to 1000 points and taking some advice from people here...so without further time wasting....
DIAB's 1000 point crimson fists 3rd company army list!:

HQ:
Master (75) + Power weapon (15) + bolt pistol (1) + jump pack (20) + iron halo (25) + frag grenades (1) - 137

Elites:
Dreadnought (105)

Troops:
Tactical sqaud 1 - 5 marines + sgt with bolt pistol and chainsword (90) + frag grenades (6) - 96
Tactical sqaud 2 - 5 marines + sgt with bolt pistol and chainsword (90) + flamer (6) + frag grenades (6) - 102

Fast attack:
Assault squad - 4 assault marines (88) + plasma pistol (5) + sgt (22) + terminator honours (15) + power fist (15) + plasma pistol (10) - 155

Heavy support:
Predator annihilator (120) + heavy bolter sponsons (10) - 130
Devastator sqaud 1 - 5 marines (75) + heavy bolter x2 (30) + Plasma cannon (35) - 140

Doesn't seem to be...I estimate ~80 men there, Gaffer.

I really like the new list, Dude: Devastator Squads are awesome: but too low in number, in my opinion.

I would get rid of the Dreadnought and add numbers to those squads, your long range firepower is already fulfilled by your Heavy Support section.

Cheers add more heavy weapons always seems like a good idea =) got a spare lascannon i could use and perhaps give extra marines to my tactical squads, or maybe a plasma or melta in the other tactical sqaud.
