It was obviously fan fiction and not real, but I have to admit it was an interesting story and if you read closely and ignore the voice in your head throwing out counter evidence that it is remotely possible. And yes, Sekmet puts out a good point, that he was only given pyschic powers that strong from the chaos gods.
