yeah paint is $5 from GW but i though we were lalking about flock and that sort of stuff. if you can get to a mind games paints are $4.50. int not a lot but its a something and all their mins are cheeper than GW, and heaps cheper if you're getting a boxed set, i cot a CSM battleforce for about $20 cheper than the GW store sells em for.

and yeah about that photo, i just went in on my way home from my girlfriends place today and i only had my phone on me so i'll get a better shot tomorrow cuz i've gotta go to uni (RMIT Melbourne City Campus oppsite Melbourne Central where GW is, to anyone whos been to melb) and its basicaly on top of the GW in the city.

yeah it looks sweet but i think you need to thin you paint down a little more or do a wash of black ink or (my favorite with gold) chestnut ink, some people prefere top use watered down paints for their washes though. I think this would help bring out the detail really well. but i do love your colour scheme, and you are an absolute conversion nut!!! i love it, every min you post is a conversion.

yeah i love it too but i just find it so expensive to convert the bigger ones, cuz i'm always worried about ruining a min that cost me $30 or something like that, so usually i just convert plastics.

here is a tip to all you bad painters: ADD WATER! no seriosly the colors are 'water based' and they are a very milky substance so when you add water you will notice your painting increases dramaticaly. also even a member of the eavy metal team told me i need to add water to my paint and now my models look almost profesional. water is your friend... and do paint washes the add depth to your models.... and high lights also make your model look good. USE MY TIPS!!!! cos you will never better otherwise

Death_Korp is right, ever since i got thet piece of advice about a year ago mu painting has gotten so much better. and thin coats give much more control, also they don't mess up the detail of the models.
