I'd go Death Guard because I believe if you can paint them good than it'll show how good you are at ink, layer'in, and dry bursh.

But for the conversion effect I'd go Blood Pact, because of the fact that there is no offical models for them.

well i gots back from my holiday bout a week ago and i got my head into warhammer (again) and its been quite progressive ive completed another squad ready for painting, got a mounted daemonete also ready, gave myord a freaking huge organ backpack and nearly every single model is undercoated... enough talking here are the pics:

If your doing a Chaos Legion than no Veterans for you, the Choosen are Chaos' Veterans. But if it's a Renagade Chapter than yes Veterans for you.
