I think the emperor would control the galaxy and then find the warp. He would find a bunch of eldar kill em all because of the strong influence of chaos in the warp and they would all be turned chaos.

I think that Chaos would still be a considerable threat, because of the gods themselves, but also the Tyranids would have been a greater threat, Chaos wouldn''t organise that much Black Crusades and stuff

it says in the 40K book thing that the Emperor was on the edge of ruling the entire galaxy. So I guess that if the HH hadn't happened, he would. Also, he wouldn't be on life support!

i think that another threat would be as devastating as chaos.
the reason is that if chaos powers are too weak to fight against the emperor, then they are too weak to fight some orks eldars or nids. Those would thus be a bit more powerfull, and so be threatning the Imperium a bit more...
(i know my english is poor. Is that clear ?)

The Imperium would be far, far stronger than it is, and much better maintained...there would probably be no Ecclesiarchy (it was founded after the Emperor's sacrifice)...for humanity the galaxy would be a much better place.

There would still be war, though. The Eldar, Dark Eldar, Necrons, Orks, Tau, and Tyranids would still be there, and Chaos would still be a threat, just not a military one.

you know that the impirium hates aliens, do you think that the the emporer would try to make treteys and alliences, that would be so cool, the 2 races i can imagin then alliien with is the tau and eldar, an army of terminators, broadside battles suites and fire prisms. awsome

Are Dark Eldar and Chaos allied? Cos they make a pretty strong fighting force if they are. With the speed of the DA and the strength of chaos.
