Can't get T3

Ok I have this problem many times and still can't figure out what is wrong, after I get off the Harbinger and am in the fuel line where the hanger control case and T3M4 are Atton says his line about T3 being and utility droid and dumped here but then T3 wont' say anything and it says remains when I click on him please help me.

Did you delete any dialog files accidentally? Do you use mods? If so, one of the mods is most likely causing it. Make sure you've checked they're all compatible.
