She looks fifty in Avellone's opinion, but personally she looks about sixty to seventy years old.

Not even my parents look as old as Kreia does. (58, and 62)

With her hood down, she looks older than when she has her hood up, since it obscures some of the detail of her face.
Which could be for other reasons, even to limit the chances of her being recognised as Arren Kae. (If, and only if that is whom she is supposed to have originally been before the hacksaw was liberally used on TSL storylines.)

Personally, she's not Arren Kae, and I don't see as any of the "evidence" supports it either.
I could be wrong, but that's my view.

Though it is possible that she is 50 and has white hair because she is Echani.

Or that Chris Avellone (whom you even quoted in regard to her age) said that she is likely to be fifty but that it's not exactly confirmed, considering he compared her age to be like with Yoda - exact age unknown.
Which just as easily means that she could be older than fifty.

Not really. She looks much older than 50. My dad's turning 50 this year and he doesn't look elderly. My boyfriend's father is also pushing 60 and doesn't look elderly. I mean I don't know what 50 year olds you know that look that old, but... it's not normal.

She doesn't look that old. If you put aside the white hair (which might be an Echani trait) and the white eyes (which aren't due to age), then all she has is a couple of wrinkles.
