[Help] changing head model

I need your help.
I have the movie mandalorian 4.1 mod and I want to change the model of Boba's helmet with the old model of the helmet and to add boba's cape to other armor, but I don't know how.
Could anyone help me?

Guys, I know with what I have to do it, MDLOps and GMax, but I can't. I tried to change the helmet, but when I use it in the game, the armor is freezed. I can move but the character does'n move.
