Default Strange textures

Alright, I tried making a post to get help with this issue about six months back... with no success. I'll try again.

Whenever I'm using downloaded textures (ie: new heads, clothing, weapons etc.) the textures appear with blotches and discolorations all over the place, and it's rather distracting. If anyone could help me with this I'd really appreciate it.

Details in regards to your computer specifications would help tremendously; specifically your graphics card. Does it meet the minimum requirements and are your drivers updated to the latest version? If not, try that and see what happens. If it's not the case, are you sure your texture mods are not conflicting? Many texture mods that are incompatible with each other, cause texture problems as well, in some cases.

Uhm pardon me, but I cannot see any issues with the graphics, or is it just me? As for your video driver; you should check the auto-detector, or simply do the manual one to see if you've got an available driver update. Click here.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll start now.

Also, concerning the graphics, look at her skin. You SHOULD see obvious differences in shade, as well as tone. I don't have any problem viewing screens by the mod makers, so I know it's not just a monitor problem.

Does this only happen with downloads or does it happen in the vanilla game as well?

I'm tempted to say it's probably your graphics card, given the sheer age of it, but KotOR was only release a year after the card so it ideally shouldn't be having problems.

Have you tried multiple mods to make sure you didn't just download a poorly-made one?

Yep. Every single texture mod I've ever downloaded, and I've tried quite a few, has had the problem.
