No Keyboard Recognition

I just installed KotOR on my mac and I cant use the keyboard. The mouse works fine, but its really annoying to have to point and click everything. Any suggestions?

the keyboard is completely unresponsive. The game recognizes no key presses except for command-Q to quit.

I also have recently experienced this problem. I've tracked down the reason, somewhat, but cannot seem to remedy it. It is caused by your computer being set somehow to "Secure Keyboard Entry." Articles I've found online attribute this to security software and the Terminal. The best part of my tale is that I actually had been playing it for a while, came back to it after a couple of days and found everything whacked.

Have you fixed your issue yet? If so, please tell me how.
