[Mod Request] Head request

I was wondering if someone could make a playable character head mod. I would basically like a white Jolee Bindo, with a shorter black mustache, and no goate. If you can't do the skinning I could actually do that, but I haven't the time to learn how to use a modeling tool in order to get the model for jolee's head and put it in the main character head files. If you need to you can replace any of the default heads.
If it is possible, thanks in advance
