STAR WARS:
KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC II: THE SITH LORDS
UN-RESTORED CONTENT FINAL

Not being familiar with this mod series I was wondering if it including the HK factory and the m4-78 droid planet?

If not can someone tell me which mods are best for this content and if these mods are compatible?

No, the unrestored content is just content not being restored by TG, M4-78 or others
