Bastila reset level

Ok this is my first thread so if I mess up I'm sorry. But here are my two problem I have no idea of how to create a mod and don't know how to, but please don't reply to this telling me how to make mods. But my real problem, when I play Kotor on the PC when I battle Bastila on the Rakatan temple once i get her her level is 18 and she doesn't have all the force powers I taught her when she was with me so when we go to the Star Forge she sucks. Can someone please make a simple mod where I can maually copy and paste the files into my override file that makes it so when I get Bastila back in my party she either has all the force powers and feats that I taught her while in the party or just has her at level one so I can give her all her powers back. Please I really hate it Bastila is all messed up and weak when i finally get her back.
