Default exec problem

i keep getting this errer

CBUF (or somtin like that) inserttext overflowed and i just lost all my settings cause of that.. anything that will help will be appriciated

JA+ tries to insert too many cvars into your .cfg file you're exec'ing (Or to be precise, makes the file too big)
Manually remove them using Wordpad and you're good to go.

ive had jk3 and ja+ for a long long, but i kinda got out of them, if i might ask... what are cvars?

Look at the jampconfig.cfg file in your base folder, then look at the jampconfig.cfg file in your japlus folder. Find all of the commands that aren't in your base config and remove them from your japlus config with notepad.
