JA+ Dedicated Server (Not Working)

I have narrowed it down to this. I can get the dedicated server to host an unmodded game. I can get the dedicated server to load the japlus mod (+set fs_game japlus) but when the dedicated server attempts to exec server.cfg it will load things then it will quickly say "Dropped" and the screen closes.

Has any one experienced this before or know how to remedy this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT:

I was able to take an image of the log right before it closed and shutdown the Dedicated Server.

Does anyone know what this means?

looks like it might be a custom/modded map problem possibly, lol
