Multiplayer Server Issue

Okay, I'm not at all shirt what the deal is with this, but if anyone can point me in the right direction. Every part of the game works fine accept when I go to make a server. If its Internet or LAN it acts like it is going to start up, the screen goes black briefly like its going to start up then it drops away and only shows me the Multiplayer Console screen. Everything else about the game disappears. Anyone know what might cause this? For the life of me I can't figure it out. I just want the server up long enough for me and a friend to play. But it wont let me create the server, it does what I explained above every time. Anyone got any ideas? It would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You actually have made a server. The console should in fact be where you could control your LAN or internet server from. Type "status" in the bottom and enter, you should see the map name. also, scroll back up, you should see your server settings there too, like the name of the server, and your basic server cfg settings. Try adding a bot - do "addbot weequay" and press enter, see if he connects. Then you know there is something going on ^^. Now to connect, you should be able to go back, start jedi Academy as usual, and you should see your server in the LAN area. Connect to it and fight weequay o.o. If you selected internet, It wont show up on the internet for a while, but if you know your ip address and port the server is on, you should be able to add it to favorites. good luck!
