Saber not loading, please help me

I can't seem to load the saber i've created ingame.
I can see it on the saber selection screen, but I can't load it.
Instead, I get the following error

Try to change numBlades maybe...or check the saber model, maybe there are more, or less blade.

well, changing saberNum does work, but it kind of ruins my saber, is there absolutely no other way?
