New monitor, yay! I'm using a 19' widescreen monitor. When I play jk2 and jk3, everything is stretched to fit the screen. Is there an option to to change the resolution to a size which is centered and not stretched? Or can I manually configure this?
Thanks

can't you just adjust that using the controls on your screen?

I found this on another site. I hope you'll find it helpfull. You need to edit your config files for this and experiment with values in there. Make sure to back them up before editing. Same method applies for Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy.
Open jk2config.cfg / jk2mpconfig.cfg / jaconfig.cfg / jampconfig.cfg and edit these lines in the following way:
Quote:
seta r_mode "x"
Set this to -1.
seta r_customwidth "xxxx"
seta r_customheight "xxx"
Set this to your favorite widescreen resolution.
Add this line to the bottom of the file:
seta cg_fov "xx"
I recommend 90 for 16:10 resolutions, and 95 for 16:9 resolutions (default is 80).
Spoiler:
1024x768, cg_fov "80"
1280x800, cg_fov "90"
Spoiler:
1024x768, cg_fov "80"
1280x800, cg_fov "90"
I'm not sure how helpfull this is, so good luck with it.
