Default Sound help

I dont know what wrong but i made two skins and I put the 3 same sounds in the sound file

sound/chars/dutch2/misc

and the sound sare death1.wav, taunt.wav, and taunt1.wav and only the taunt1 works on the other skin dutch not dutch2...and in the dutch sound file i put the exact same sounds in there and only one work (taunt.wav) if anyone could help get these sounds working or tell me the problem i would be grateful

and if you could get these sounds i wiould be grateful twice as much

these are the sounds i need

this is for the *death* sound
http://home7.swipnet.se/~w-72369/run.wav

(taunt)
http://sounds.wavcentral.com/movies/...r/ifbleeds.mp3

(another taunt)
http://datacore.sciflicks.com/predat...dator_ugly.wav

(another taunt)
http://www.geocities.com/eyesofthehu...s/whathell.mp3

(another death)
http://www.geocities.com/eyesofthehu.../arnieroar.mp3

and thats it and here are the files to add the sound too
Send big files the easy way. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!
and just delete the other sound files in there and add them to both dutches and if you do this i will thank you so much

Cool Re: Sound help

Check your sound files properties. Make sure they are properly converted for JA taste. That means this:

Channels: 1 (mono)
Audio sample rate 44 kHz

Cool Re: Sound help

I don't know how to do it on Mac, but in Windows you simply right click on the sound you want to check, choose Properties and go to Summary tab. There you can see those things I mentioned.

Cool Re: Sound help

All right. I downloaded, fixed and trimed those sounds for you and tested them with your skin. They work fine for me. No error reports in the console. You can pick them up right here. Btw, may I suggest using death2 sound as a falling sound? That roll would suit it better.
